Champagne: Ruinart appoints its new cellar master

Journal Du Luxe

A few days after the closing of the 2025 harvest, Ruinart announces the appointment of Caroline Fiot as cellar master as of January 1st.

A new profile at the head of the Ruinart cuvées. Caroline Fiot, in her thirties, joined the LVMH group's champagne house in 2016 and worked for nearly ten years alongside Frédéric Panaïotis, who died prematurely last June and who managed the cellars for nearly twenty years. A graduate of SupAgro Montpellier and Essec, the woman who has been a member of the Ruinart Tasting Committee for several years "will now continue the work carried out by her predecessor on the precision, freshness and luminosity of our champagnes," says Frédéric Dufour, President of the Champagne House.
