Campari, the iconic red Milanese aperitivo at the heart of the world’s most famous cocktail, the Negroni, proudly announces the return of Negroni Week. Now in its 13th year, the global charitable initiative will take place from September 22–28, 2025, uniting bars, restaurants, and cocktail enthusiasts worldwide in raising both glasses and funds for the hospitality community.

This year, Campari elevates the celebration with the debut of its “Stay Bitter” Capsule Collection, launched in partnership with beloved actress Sarah Michelle Gellar. The stylish collection is designed to spotlight Campari’s signature bold flavour while supporting the Slow Food Negroni Week Fund.
