A charity sale of Haute Pâtisserie

On December 1, 2025, the Artcurial auction house will join forces with Pierre Hermé Paris for an unprecedented sale honoring French Haute Pâtisserie. The event will bring together about twenty renowned pastry chefs for the benefit of the BAB Charity association committed to hospitalized children.

It is a first of its kind: original gastronomic creations and experiences, imagined by the greatest talents in pastry and auctioned at Artcurial, in Paris.

For the occasion, 25 big names in the profession were present, including Nina Métayer, Cyril Lignac, Cédric Grolet, Amaury Guichon, Christophe Michalak, Yann Couvreur and Maxime Frédéric.
