On the occasion of the new Parisian edition of Art Basel, the luxury house and the Japanese artist are taking over the Grand Palais's Balcon d'Honneur.

An XXL Kraken and two decades of collaboration.

Multicolored and multidirectional, the tentacles overlook the main hall of the Grand Palais. Presented on the occasion of Art Basel Paris 2025 , this eight-meter-high octopus inspired by traditional Chinese lanterns is intended to celebrate the links that have united Maison Louis Vuitton with the multidisciplinary artist Takashi Murakami for more than twenty years .
